A few weeks ago, we participated in a meeting of redheads, promoted by Clairol, at Academia Wella. For those who don't know, Clairol Professional is a brand that belongs to Wella, in the professional division of P&G (there is a post explaining everything about the brand here The meeting was very cool because it brought together girls with beautiful hair (red hair = our passion, lol!) in various nuances : from lighter copper, to a dark blonde, in the style of actress Amy Adams, as well as to that tight red , almost wine, in the style of Gloria, lol! This event happened because Clairol has just launched two new reddish colors, which were incorporated into its portfolio: 6.44 (dark blonde/intense copper) and 7.44 (medium blonde/intense copper) . With this, the brand now has four types of red: coppery, warm, violet and reddish-brown. During this meeting, the brand's technicians introduced us to the Micro Reds technology , which extends the color's durability . We know that those with red hair have to fight to keep the color vibrant, as fading can be intense, depending on several factors, including the color brand used. According to Clairol, with this Micro Reds technology, the red pigments are retained inside the hair for longer, preventing fading and resulting in a vibrant and lasting color. At the time, we were also able to get to know the treatment lines and we found the Color Radiance very interesting , with passion fruit extract and orange peel lipids, indicated for protection and durability of color and shine . After learning a lot, the coolest thing is that Clairol proposed a trial of the products. Unfortunately, Ana and Mirian had to leave early and could not participate in this part of the program, but Glória stayed and threw herself into the wash. The shade of color indicated for her hair was 5.5 (reddish-brown) , as Gloria uses the 6646, Cherry, by Koleston and had colored her hair a few weeks ago. Thus, the proposal was to make the color more brilliant and vibrant. Gorgeous this red, right?! Although it was only a tint, the color lasted soooo long, more than twenty days, with a lot of shine and intensity. The hair was also very soft and treated. The experience was great and for sure Glória will repeat the use of this toner, because the effect is awesome. As for Ana, who is crazy about coloring, after seeing the effect on Gloria's hair, she really wants to test the lighter nuances of Clairol's reds. The meeting was very nice and we can only thank Clairol for the opportunity to get to know the brand better and to try out excellent quality products.
